OUR FOUNDER
I'm Lola Adeyemo
The founder and CEO of EQImindset (EQ – EQuity and I – Inclusion) an organization that provides services and resources to accelerate organization inclusion efforts by supporting employee resource groups through the entire lifecycle.
When I first traveled to the United States, I didn’t bring much, but my Faith has been constant, and I have leaned on that through every step of the journey. My husband and 3 kids keep me grounded (and busy!) in this new home away from home in the United States of America where communities have become anchors.
